Mummy, when I grow up I want to be a princess

princess inviteEvery little girl dreams of becoming a princess and if your bundle of gorgeousness wants a princess themed party, it is only fair that their wish is granted with a wave of your magic mummy wand.

If you are already dreading all that glittery pink plastic, here are a few ideas to make your party more of a royal affair rather than a big fat gyspy wedding…

Your little guests will just love this enchanting play tent and will have loads of fun exploring a world of imagination and adventure. 3. Every birthday princess needs a cake and this one is just delightful! 4. How cute are these adorable frog cookies? Perfect to kiss. Practice your baking skills and get the frog cutter from here. 5. A simply beautiful cupcake wrapper for an elegant princess. 6. Pink lemonade is a perfect match for this pink infested party. Achieve this look by using washed out mini juice bottles and paper straws. 7. 8. I just love these magical tissue paper honeycomb balls. 9. The expense of a party can sometimes get out of control which is why this homemade crown is just perfect and your gorgeous one will be wearing it long after the party ends. Holidays are coming…

Christmas Invites group

There are 42 sleeps till Christmas and now that baby E has his new winter woolie its officially nearly Christmas time! I’ve been busy in the grotto, designing the new Christmas collection. Its time to plan those festive parties and to start sending out the invites.  The holidays really are coming! On the countdown to Christmas, each week I’m going to bring you my favourite Christmas party ideas to make your party a Christmas cracker. I’m so excited this year for Christmas especially as baby E is getting more aware of everything around him. I’m trying to think of somewhere to put the tree where he isn’t going to pull it down!

Christmas decorations3

Here are my favourite Christmas decorations that I’m going to have fun putting up this year… Roll on the first of December.

1. These lovely paper angels can stand or hang. Made out of gorgeous patterns, they can make great place cards, decorations, or gift tags. 2. Love, love, love these magical tissue paper honeycomb balls! I can just picture baby E’s face as I put these up and imagine lots of pointing to the ceiling! These hanging paper balls lend an air of festivity and nostalgia and look stunning combined in different sizes and colours to match and compliment any colour scheme and setting. 3. A Christmas decoration with a difference, this characterful reindeer head will look fab on any wall. Handmade from grey brown felt, with a berry red nose and of course antlers too!

4. The bauble will brighten up any Christmas tree, and you can choose the colour to match your colour scheme. 5. These Christmas Snow Doll Candles cannot fail but to make you smile.  Almost too lovely just for Christmas and they are called Stargazer and Wish Maker. Beautiful. 6. Imagine your party with its own backdrop of Narnia? It is possible! Add some festive feel to your walls with this large, self-adhesive wallpaper mural.

7. Your guests will love these white snowflake paper fan decorations, perfect for hanging in the windows. 8. Wow. What can I say about this? Its a wreath. Made from Brussels sprouts. Whether you love them or hate them, it can’t be denied that Brussels sprouts are incredibly Christmassy! This stunning Christmas decoration gives a modern twist to an old classic, achieving a look that’s fun, funky and oh so seasonal. 9. This Christmas Decoration is so pretty and beautiful.  Created in feathers it creates a stunning and unique display. 10. Use this beautiful Maroq LED light chain to decorate your house for the festive parties.  The line of pretty Morrocan inspired decorations creates such a gorgeous light.
